Construction of Civil Services for Zone 4 (Academic Cluster) and Zone 5 (Metals Cluster)
Construction of 30 000m² of roadways including 5 layers and all bulk earthworks
5.0km of upvc pipelines (sewer & water)
3.0km of comms ducting and 3.5km of stormwater pipeline incl. 700m of 2.1 x 2.1 portal culvert
